GOOD
SHIP ADVENTURE, R. ATKINSON FOX FRAMED PRINT OF SHIP, signed, original
period piece but I am not certain of decade, NOT A MODERN REPRODUCTION,
wonderful original hexagon art deco frame in green, gold and brown; 13
1/2 x 17 1/2" outside measurement, original backing board is still in place
but the backing paper is gone, fine condition with some light overall wear
on the frame plus some heavier wear on the bottom left (see photo of frame),
also there is a very small spot of water damage on the very top of the
print (see photo on the left, but this is very difficult to see in reality),
and there is a larger spot of water damage on near the boat (see photo
on the left), neither of the water spots are glaring and you have to look
to see them at first - then, of course, you can usually see them easily
#CI15821 $75.00 as is

GORGEOUS 1840's
- 1850's COLORED ENGRAVING "VIEW OF BALTIMORE" with view of the harbor,
by British artist W. H. BARTLETT (WILLIAM HENRY), engraved by S. Fisher,
possibly a later printing but I doubt it, 9" x 12 1/2", scene area is 7"
x 4", sheet has been cropped from its original size, presently it
is in a presentation matte but the matte has a tack hole through the top
(not through the engraving) and there is a nick out of the left edge, engraving
is in excellent condition with some age spotting on the large margins,
looks much better than my scan, all problems can easily be matted out for
an elegant presentation PR25583
