(?) ROY ROGERS AND DALE EVANS METAL CLOCK, Gibraltar Oxford self starting
mantle / shelf clock, wooden base with separate TRIGGER HORSE FIGURE and
ROY ROGERS & DALE EVANS FIGURES incorporated in the clock frame, no
place on this clock does it say "Roy Rogers" but the clock is known as
"The Roy Rogers & Dale Evans Clock" - must have been something in the
company literature, metal is a pot metal with a gold tone finish, base
is 19 1/2" long, Trigger is about 10" high off the base, overall FINE condition,
clock does not run correctly (most the time it runs, when it runs
it sometimes keeps correct time and sometimes it does not, sometimes it
does not run at all), I would estimate the finish to be approximately 80%
still present, most of what is missing is from Trigger's head (in reality,
his head does not look shiny silver, it is the darker color that old pot
metal looks so the difference of where the finish is and is not is not
so apparent in reality - my photos exaggerate the difference), there is
also some light wear to the finish on Dale's and Roy's heads and more to
the back of the clock, wear on the finish of the base
#CC27172 $125.00 as is

JOAN BENNET PLAYTEX "SWIM CAP OF THE STARS" SWIMMING CAP, BLUE, RUBBER
SWIMMING CAP LIKE MOM AND GRANDMA USED TO WEAR, THE CAP IS PROTECTED BY
A YELLOW, LIGHT-WEIGHT CARDBOARD FOLDER WHICH DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IT HAS
EVER BEEN OPENED, THE PACKAGE ADVERTISES JOAN BENNETT STARRING IN THE MOVIE
WE'RE
NO ANGELS, THE PACKAGE ALSO SAYS IT "FITS ALL HEAD SIZES - SPECIAL
WATER-TITE SEALS PROTECTS EARS AND HAIR-DO - NO PRESSURE, NO BINDING",
THE PACK MEASURES 7" WIDE BY 7 1/2" HIGH, THE PACKAGE HAS NO ADDITIONAL
COVERING OF PLASTIC...I DO NOT KNOW IF IT EVER DID, condition of the cap
is fine to very fine. The package is in near mint condition.
I can find no defects in that except for one small bump (not a crease or
a tear - just like a bump) on the upper right corner of the front; The
swim cap has slight wear on the rubber section of the strap that has been
raised by the adjustment buckle - just a slight darkening and a slight
shininess. Also, as you can see from the photo, the top of the cap
has yellowed and shows some wear #bennetcap
