TROUBLE BREWING,
1950's PRINT / CALENDAR SAMPLE BY COLLECTIBLE ILLUSTRATOR FRANCES TIPTON
HUNTER, SIMILAR TO SCAN ON THE LEFT
except it is a vertical picture with more space on the top and the bottom
of the picture (showing his toes), glossy finish, illustrated area is 12"
x 13 1/2" including a small margin, also there is an area above the illustrated
part if the print intended for an advertiser's name --- in total the print
is 12" x 16 1/2", excellent condition #HU28755ff
$32.00
.
SIMILAR TO ABOVE
(image #HU28755f) but shows more of the Conservation Officer, very large
with attached January 1956 one-page calendar sample, image is 21" x 24"
and then there is a border around the image and the calendar sample on
the bottom, the whole sheet is 28" x 46", although the back of the sample
says it is 29 1/2" x 45 1/2" (Maybe since this is a sample, the measurement
is for the calendars being promoted???...); image is great but it was folded
by the company into 8ths, not only are there creases where the folds are,
but there is also wear where the folds are; there is also crinkling
around the corners of the folds (which means there is crinkling in the
middle of the image and the middle of the calendar) and there is a small
hole in the water area of the print where 2 of the folds come together;
the reverse side of the print is dirty but that does not effect the image
at all; overall, I would say the condition is fair but the image still
looks great #HU28755gf $32.00
.
SIMILAR TO SCAN
ON THE LEFT except it is a vertical picture
with more space on the top and the bottom of the picture, sample calendar
with one page of calendar for 1956, illustrated area is 11" x 14"
the whole calendar sample is 11 x 23 1/4", under the illustrated area "YOUR
ADVERTISEMENT" is printed along with other selling points and the one-page

LATE 1800's CHROMOLITHOGRAPH
OF CHILDREN SINGING, maybe a 7" x 6' usable area but even that is
damaged, this print actually has 4 children in it but the condition is
so poor that the rest of the print is not usable, even the usable area
has tears in it (next to the blonde girl's ear and into the dark boy's
head and into the song book on the bottom right), poor condition overall,
I could not bear to throw out such sweet looking children, cannot be rolled
- must be shipped flat #CH29664 $4.50
