MUSHROOM SET, but it does not say that on the bottom, the bottom only has
a "Japan" sticker, I understand the earlier 1976 sets don't have

VINTAGE CANAPÉ OR RELISH SKEWERS WITH RED CHERRY SHAPED TOPS,
could be catalin but does not pass the tests, very jewel-like and pretty
like catalin, about 3 1/4" long, fine condition with some rust on the metal
skewers, the photo shows them with some rubberband still stuck on the metal

PLATTER SIMILAR TO PLATTER SHOWN -- THE PLATTER DOES NOT HAVE A FLUTED
RIM -- JUST A PLAIN GRADUAL SLOPE UP and no advertising, Pointers hunting
pheasant, Springer Spaniel in the background, 22 K gold trim, marked with
an "S" inside an artist's palette on the reverse, i think this is from
the 1950'S - 60's, 13 1/4" x 10 1/4", very good condition, some light overall
crazing and some light wear on the gold trim #SP25559

WEST
BEND ART DECO CHROME PENGUIN HOT COLD SERVER WITH STEPPED BROWN PLASTIC
HANDLES, marked on the bottom with a penguin and a patent #2,349,099.
The inside is insulated for serving both hot and cold food but most people
think of it as an ice bucket. The shape is a nice deco shape.
The outside chrome is decorated with penguins. The handles and finial
are stepped . It is 8" tall including the 1 1/2" finial and
it is 8" in diameter not including the handles, fine condition with
overall light scratching on the chrome, one teeny-tiny "dent", also
some light pitting that is only noticeable upon close inspection.
