GOOD
SHIP ADVENTURE, R. ATKINSON FOX FRAMED PRINT OF SHIP, signed, original
period piece but I am not certain of decade, NOT A MODERN REPRODUCTION,
wonderful original hexagon art deco frame in green, gold and brown; 13
1/2 x 17 1/2" outside measurement, original backing board is still in place
but the backing paper is gone, fine condition with some light overall wear
on the frame plus some heavier wear on the bottom left (see photo of frame),
also there is a very small spot of water damage on the very top of the
print (see photo on the left, but this is very difficult to see in reality),
and there is a larger spot of water damage on near the boat (see photo
on the left), neither of the water spots are glaring and you have to look
to see them at first - then, of course, you can usually see them easily
#CI15821 $75.00 as is

ENCHANTED
STEPS, R. ATKINSON FOX FRAMED PRINT OF COTTAGE, signed in block letters,
original period piece but I am not certain of decade probably 1920's, NOT
A MODERN REPRODUCTION, colors are a bit deeper than shown, wonderful
original hexagon art deco frame in green, gold and brown; print size is
14" x 20", frame size is 16 1/2 x 22 1/2" outside measurement, original
backing board and backing paper is still in place but the backing paper
has been ripped, the previous owner said he had opened it to clean it,
the title of the picture has been stamped on the backing paper by the original
framer and there is a number stamped with it (it looks like 2619 but the
last 2 digits are a question); excellent condition with some light overall
wear on the frame plus a weird dark spot on the left side which isn't as
noticeable as in my photo and does not detract much, some heavier wear
on the bottom right but still it is very light wear (see photo of frame)

1930's - 1940's
ART DECO MIRROR FRAME WITH NEW MIRROR, frame has gesso decoration, 14 1/2"
x 26 1/2" (including 3 1/2" top decoration), fine condition, I believe
the mirror is not original because the backing paper is new, some
wear to the paint on the top decoration but most of the silver coloring
is part of the decoration - not wear, more wear on the gold paint on the
sides of the frame, some roughness to the gesso on the inside left side
of the frame #DC25455 $38.00

SWEET
OFF-WHITE and GOLD 1930's - '40's MIRROR WITH RUFFLE LOOKING FRAME, frame
made of Syroco Wood with paper label on the back, also stamp on the back
saying "Copyright Syracuse Ornamental Co. Inc.", the inside trim of the
frame looks to be silver in my photo but that is just a reflection on the
mirror, the gold and white is the inside trim of the frame; mirror measures
10 1/2" x12 1/2", frame measures 14 1/2" x 16 3/4", there are 2 dark
areas on one of the ruffles on the left side - I think these must be production
errors because they do not seem to be nicks or other damage; there is a
hanger to hang it on the wall (original to the piece), it used to
have a stander on the back but that has broken; mirror is in mint
condition, frame is in fine condition with a few small nicks here and there
- mostly on the back side but one small one on the top that you can see
in the photo if you look closely; also there is a small hairline
(doesn't go all the way through to the back side though) two ruffles up
from the ruffle with the 2 dark spots - this hairline is very difficult
to see and does not detract much; also there is the broken stander on the
back #SC29037 $55.00

SWEET
CHALKWARE SANTA BANK, PROBABLY 1920'S OR 1930'S BUT HE COULD BE MUCH OLDER,
10" TALL, 6 1/2" WIDE AND 3 1/2" DEEP, HE IS HOLDING HIS SACK OF GOODIES
IN ONE MITTENED HAND AND A HORN IN THE OTHER, HE IS INSIDE A GREEN CHIMNEY
WHICH IS TOPPED WITH SNOW, HE HAS THE REMNANTS OF SILVER GLITTER
ON THE FUR OF HIS CAP AND ON HIS BELT BUCKLE (IT IS THE REALLY OLD TYPE
OF SILVER GLITTER THAT TARNISHES WITH AGE LIKE SILVER DOES - DID
IT HAVE REAL SILVER IN IT?), condition is very good, with wear on his paint
( which, I think, lends Santa a charm), a couple of what I think
are hairline cracks (one on the side of his head and one on the chimney),
but which might be layering in the chalk, they are so fine I doubt they
go through the depth of the chalk, Also, there are some shallow chips -
3 on the horn and one on the bottom of the chimney. That spot on
Santa's cheek in the top photo, I believe, is a peeling of a single layer
of the chalk #X25402 $65.00

in the off-white paint/lacquer exposing the white gesso underneath (does
not show or detract much because it is white against off white), has no
