ATKINSON FOX FRAMED PRINT OF SHIP, signed, original period piece but I
am not certain of decade, NOT A MODERN REPRODUCTION, wonderful original
hexagon art deco frame in green, gold and brown; 13 1/2 x 17 1/2" outside
measurement, original backing board is still in place but the backing paper
is gone, fine condition with some light overall wear on the frame plus
some heavier wear on the bottom left (see photo of frame), also there is
a very small spot of water damage on the very top of the print (see photo
on the left, but this is very difficult to see in reality), and there is
a larger spot of water damage on near the boat (see photo on the left),
neither of the water spots are glaring and you have to look to see them
at first - then, of course, you can usually see them easily

ART
DECO VANTINES INCENSE BURNER WITH BUDDHA ON TOP AND SPOUTS THAT LOOK LIKE
STYLIZED LIONS, age unknown, it is marked 1901 but that could be the style
number rather than the production date even though I see other people take
the 3 numbers on the bottoms of these incense burners as the production
dates, I am inclined to think it is from the 1920's - 1930's although it
could have been made as late as the 1950's, Vantines is a French company,
this piece is heavy metal -- it may be brass but I am inclined to think
it is either cast iron or pot metal colored a brass color. It has
nice workmanship and detail which is highlighted by a green coloring, about
5 3/4" high, near mint condition #DC31136

Wonderful
modern Streamlined design 1940's TOASTSWELL #885 TOASTER, with handles
running vertically and shooting star decoration, works great, fine condition
with mild scratches here and there, but one deeper scratch on each side,
may be missing a covering for the light-dark knob but maybe not as I am
not certain what it is supposed to be like, crack on the plug (will need
to be reinforced at the very least - probably will need to be replaced)
looks much better than my poor photos #CHM27748

METAL GREAT DANE
FIGURE ON BRASS RULER / PENCIL OR PEN HOLDER, I would say turn-of-the-century
to the 1930's, dog is probably pot metal with bronze coloring, it looks
like they continued the bronze coloring to the top of the brass ruler (if
so, there is much wear on that bronze color - but it might just be that
the brass has developed it patina unevenly, the dog is attached to the
ruler with screws, there is a hole in the back of the dog's shoulder's
that looks like it intended for a pencil, my pencil is a bit wobbly in
there though, condition is good - most importantly HIS FAR EAR IS
GONE, there is light wear on the bronze coloring on the Dane, the ruler
is not perfectly flat still a great looking and unusual piece

1930's
- 1940's ART DECO MIRROR FRAME WITH NEW MIRROR, frame has gesso decoration,
14 1/2" x 26 1/2" (including 3 1/2" top decoration), fine condition, I
believe the mirror is not original because the backing paper is new,
some wear to the paint on the top decoration but most of the silver coloring
is part of the decoration - not wear, more wear on the gold paint on the
sides of the frame, some roughness to the gesso on the inside left side
of the frame #DC25455 $38.00

CHROME
CHASE VASE, with archer trademark, very good condition with light scratches
but a split through the metal on one side a little over 1/2 the way up,
